Logistics costs

The rates detailed on this page include, in addition to the transport of the products ordered, their packaging, insurance against loss or breakage, as well as VAT in the territories where this tax is applied.
Transport prices depend on both the destination and the number of bottles purchased.
The general cost within the Peninsula will be 8€, for the rest of the national and international territory please consult with our Customer Service Department at (34) 91 575 11 30 or writing to comercial@bodegascalar.com.
For orders over 50€, shipping costs will be free within the peninsula. The rest must be consulted with our Customer Service.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are 2-4 days in the Peninsula, 6-8 days in the Balearic and Canary Islands. For all other destinations, please contact our Customer Service Department by calling (34) 91 575 11 30 or writing to comercial@bodegascalar.com.
Transport costs are included in your order, so you will not have to pay any amount to the carrier at the time of delivery.
If you are not at the destination when the order is to be delivered, the transport agency will try again 24 hours later. If there is still no one to receive the order, it will be necessary to go personally to the nearest office of the transport agency to pick it up in person.

Breakages

In the event that a bottle breaks during shipment, please contact us and we will take the necessary steps to recover all the products in your order, and resend it to you in perfect condition at no additional cost.
If when you receive the order, you detect a wet box or suspect that there may have been a breakage, do not accept the order, and contact us so that we can manage the replacement with the transport operator.

Returns

In the event that once the order is delivered you notice any anomaly, you will have 15 days to process your return by contacting our Customer Service.
