Ábrego 2017

Tasting Notes

  Intense cherry colour, medium-high body.

Complex and fruity. Red fruit aromas mixed with wild berries and mineral aromas such as damp soil and stones appear. The wood aroma is subtle and elegant, harmonized with the intense fruit aromas.

It is balanced and fresh on the mouth, with a gentle and very varietal tanicity. It has a long and persistent aftertaste, in which the fruity and mineral notes stand out.

“One of the best Tempranillos I’ve had, even living in Valencia for a time. Dark fruit, smoke, and leather are all present. Less acidic than most others”. A.A

“Full bodied smooth flavour”. B. G

“ Dry, well balanced dark red that dances between red and purple fruit. Strong acid and tannin character with neither dominating. Very pleasant, one of the first wines we’ve both enjoyed in quite a while”. B.F
